We love this hotel!! This is our 2nd stay in a month and just want to thank the staff for being amazing. We had a somewhat sensitive issue during out first evening and it was resolved to our satisfaction by noon the next day. Front desk and door staff are terrific. My little girl already calls this, "her hotel". We can not imagine staying anywhere else in NYC!!

Decor was lovely, rooms very clean and staff attentive. Local is great. However, hotel has ridiculous charges and is extremely noisy. I was quoted a $50 charge to pull out a bed from a couch. Air conditioning was not working which required a visit from maintenance at 11pm. The need also arose to call the front desk at 4am due to the noise In the adjoining room. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Nice hotel at a perfect Manhattan location - Park Avenue. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Lower floors can be quite noisy from the street noise. I would recommend an ear plugs in any case because of the air con in the room. I didn't use any amenities due to the busy business schedule but there is a spa and a swimming pool too.

Let me start by saying Liza is tremendously amazing at finding the best spots in town. I’ve never experienced such an wonderful experience from her attention to details to her upbeat attitude!!! I loved every moment of my time there and look forward to staying here again thanks to the special care I received from Liza way to go Royalton!!!!

The place was warm which suited us especially considering it was cold and rainy. The ambience was nice very Christmas like.. a big Christmas tree with nice decorations and a cozy lobby with a fireplace.. the coat check was smooth. The event was well decorated along with the theme of the party.. a separate area for kids and that too was decorated accordingly with a lot of snacks and games. The food served was hot and fresh. the staff was very courteous and attentive and humble. The bar was well stocked.
